[Devel] [Q] FT 1.x To 2.x porting HOWTO

Hi,
 
i would like to port a application fom FT 1.x to 2.x. The guy which
wrote the first virsion is not in our institut anymore and
therefore I'm looking for a very step-by-step porting description or 
HOWTO

Is there a place on the net where I should look ?
