Hello,

  As the title suggests :-)

  Now is time to add the relevant PCF patches. I've myself started implementing
  the FT_Get_First_Char/FT_Get_Next_Char changes that were previously discussed
  on this mailing list, as well as a few improvements that I originally reserved
  to 2.1..
