Hello David and Werner,

Attached is a patch to fix some typos, mainly s/zft_/ft_/ in ftimage.h,
so that gnome-print and other existing software may be built successfully.

By the way, was my "Don't count format 4 CMap with rangeOffset == 0xFFFF
as invalid" patch any good?  Please comment at your convenience.  :-)
