Thanks. Now I definitely know that the font you've sent to me is
invalid. Using the pdfinflt.ps program from ghostscript 8.12[*], I
was able to deflate your PDF document; I've attached the correct
version of the font which is accepted by FreeType.
You should check your deflate routine.

[*] pdfinflt.ps is only in the gs source package; it is not installed.
