Okay, I did a binary search and have the commit that broke things.

export TZ=Europe/Budapest (don't know if it matters)
cvs co -D '2004/02/08 17:00' freetype2  =>  okay
cvs co -D '2004/02/08 18:00' freetype2  =>  segfaults
