[ft-devel] support files for win32 port

Is there a good guy who volunteers to maintain the win32 port using
Visual C++ (and/or VS.NET 2003) for compilation?  The files in
builds/win32/visualc need an update, and perhaps other compiler
problems must be fixed.

Vitaliy has reported problems in VS.NET while compiling the `otvalid'
module -- it seems that the preprocessor for this compiler is buggy
and doesn't support argument prescan properly.  Does a workaround
exist?
