No. This should be done one level higher since it needs contextual
string processing normally. Have a look at the Pango or ICU
libraries, or do it yourself! What FreeType can do actually is to
validate GSUB and friends so that access can be simplified (this is,
without error checking). This is done with the `otvalid' module.
