Hello,

I'll ask the user to resend the font to me and I'll see who creates it.
I've had good luck in the past getting permission for limited
distribution from font creators when troubles like this are found. What
requirements do you have for me to be able to send this to you privately
for testing if I get such permission? Or do you?

I do know that 7 unique faces were loaded from the suitcase, but it
reported 8 faces.

While tracking this down I created some simple debug output that might
help answer your question as to face count being wrong. I can provide
the modified ftmac.c if you want to see where these calls come from.
Most is obvious. The log I have is as follows.
