Looks good to me!

I'm wondering if it'd be better to keep the defaults in the new .props file 
empty or commented out, because the libraries set in UserDependencies will 
cause the linker to fail if not present. As it is now, users are forced to edit 
this file or MSVC builds will most likely fail in a clean git-clone, even if 
they don't use the dependencies.

What do you think?
