[ft-devel] aux.c on windows

I have run into an obstacle trying to build freetype2-demos on Windows. Incredible as it 
seems, it is not possible to create a file with the name "aux". See 
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa365247.aspx. This means I cannot git fetch the 
demos, let alone build them.

Unless someone knows of a workaround for those of us working on Windows, would 
it be possible to rename aux.c and aux.h?
