There is a link to [1] in the last section on [2] (labeled "dropout control") which is no longer available. 

This might be the new link:

I've also noticed 404's on some other links to Microsoft docs. Here's a few I came across:

* In https://www.freetype.org/freetype2/docs/reference/ft2-truetype_tables.html#TT_MS_LANGID_XXX

(possible new link: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc233982.aspx).

* In https://www.freetype.org/freetype2/docs/reference/ft2-winfnt_fonts.html#FT_WinFNT_ID_OEM

(not sure where this got shifted to).
