After a minor cairo patch, I can now see Segoe UI Emoji rendered with hb-view (and I suppose rest of GNOME).

There is no such file in the git repository; it's a generated file...

Ok, then the build system is broken and not updating that one...

We have only two :-)  It's mainly laziness that this doesn't get
changed.
