[Freetype] compilation under Msys MinGW

Hi everybody,

Can somebody tell me ho to compile Freetype2 under Msys (or Mingw)
when i run configure under it ,it indentify my pc like unix ,and compiler like 
gcc . I try to use FTjam ,it works it create freetype.a ,but it didnt create
any dll and it didnt create freettype-config ,which i need .

i find there some makefiles but in documentation i cant find how to use them .

Can somebody tell me how to do that (step by step) ?
