Arial looks different in Win7 and Wine

I have installed Microsoft Word 2010 in Wine (Linux) and Windows 7.

Why does the font Arial look different in wine than in Windows 7 ?
Best method to see this, is to look at the number "5"in the picture in
the attachment.

My expectation was, that Arial looks the same in Wine like in Windows 7.

Are you aware of this?
Is something wrong?
Is this normal?
What can I do?
