L'avantage qu'a le Canada dans ses discussions sur son "DMCA" est
que maintenant on a assez de donnees pour mesurer precisemment l'impact
du P2P sur la situation des artistes musiciens. Cet impact est tout
simplement proche de zero (en plus ou en moins) comme le montre
l'article ci apres qui fait un tres bon tour d'horizon en chiffres
et en citations.

Nous on a toujours notre EUCD, nos mesures techniques ...
