[Fsfe-uk] RIPA Part III Consultation

Quick heads-up - the Home Office have published a consultation about
part three of the RIP Act, here:

The deadline for responses is 30 August 2006.

Once I've had a chance to read and digest it, I'd like to put together
an FSFE response (probably at the end of the month with my current
workload) which I'll discuss here beforehand.
