[Gchempaint-main] Projects for 0.10

Hi,

First of all, GChemPaint-0.10.x will not be available as a separate
package, but will be included in th Gnome Chemistry Utils.

Next new features should be:
- support for abbreviations such as Ph for phenyl and so on;
- objects attached to reaction arrows;
- multi-steps reactions;
- no more white rectangles under atoms to hide end of bonds, as it is
better to shorten bonds instead;
- enhanced selection (so that individual atoms or bonds can be
selected);
- satisfy as many users requests as possible.

I hope 0.10 will be ready around July 2008.

P.S: The shift to a cairo based canvas will wait until there is such a
canvas in gtk+ (hopefully 2.14), which will probably not occur in time.
