No release schedule. Jody first said mid-march, and las time he said end
of april. And the 0.4 ABI is incompatible with that in 0.2. I tried to
make gchemutils-0.7.91 build with goffice-0.2, but it appears it is
quite difficult and there would be two many regressions.
