This fourth beta version of the upcoming 0.10 series has just been
released.

News are:
GChemCalc
* Updated the documentation.
GChemPaint
* Enlarge arrows when an attached object grows.
* Fixed molecule contextual menu issues.
* Fixed selection issues with atoms lacking a visible canvas item.
GSpectrum:
* Use reference point for varian nmr dx files.
* New documentation.
GOffice component:
* Set the object height.
Other:
* Completed API documentation for libgcu and libgchempaint.
