I primarily (well exclusively) code in Typed Racket, ergo (λ: ()).  A single character binding for now supports both Guile, Racket and TypedRacket.

If Gesier decides to adopt a "template" engine then these are just another set of snippits in a standard default set of templates from Geiser.  Something along the lines of a C-c \ TAB to get the desired  (λ ()) or  (λ: ()) I think.

(leaving the cursor in the arglist) instead of a lonely lambda.

What do you think?

I don't necessarily agree with everything I say.
