Both Guile and Racket differentiate symbols like `begin' and `BEGIN' or
`do' and `DO' so I was wondering if it is appropriate to set Emacs'
variable `font-lock-keywords-case-fold-search' to nil so the patters in
`font-lock-keywords' become case-sensitive.
Setting it to nil will make the keyword `begin' in `(begin ...)' be
highlight, but not `BEGIN' in `(BEGIN ...)'.
