Hello getfem project

I added the HHT transient scheme to GetFEM++.
Could you review devel-tetsuo-hht_method branch and merge?

I used this paper.
HILBER, H. M., HUGHES, T. J. R., AND TAYLOR, R. L. Improved numerical
dissipation for time integration algorithms in structural dynamics.
Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics 5 (1977), 283-292.

I checked that this scheme is equal to Newmark scheme when alpha is 0.

This scheme is added to DIANA and is useful for contact problem.
