The last compilation of Getfem (Getfem 5.4) under Windows requires imperatively Python 3.7 . If you have downloaded the latest Anaconda, you may have a newer version of Python (3.8 ?) with which the compiled library will not work. I suggest downgrading your Python version to 3.7 in order to use the exe available on the website.
