[Getht-general] GetHT 0.1 Released

GetHT 0.1 is now available. This version is a lot cleaner, in both 
code and interface, as well as having several
new features:

* Download resume support
* --download-section option to download individual issue sections               
                                 
* * --quiet option to suppress more output

A couple of the config file options have changed names, as well, so 
it would be a good idea to remove any existing .getht/config.ini 
file and allow getht to recreate it when it next runs.

As with the previous release, this is still pretty young software, 
and as such there are likely a few bugs lurking around. Please 
report any problems or suggestions to the bug tracker at 
https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?func=additem&group=getht.

So, go and download it, play with it, and let us know what you 
think.
