Initial Comment:
I'm not sure whether this is the right place to report
this to or Debian specific bugs to.

The Debian gforge site at savannah doesn't seem to have
a BTS up neither is the Debian gforge package in
mainstream Debian so it doesn't have a BTS there either.

Since I estimate it important to archive bugs, their
discussion and resolution somewhere I suggest to
document  on the savannah gforge pages and/or inside
the package where to report Debian packaging bugs to

Additionaly I suggest making a gforge project on
http://alioth.debian.org and to only include a link to
savannah and/or gforge.org there, so that people are
led to the gforge package/docu/lists etc.
