Summary: Sample Configuration files for RH8/RH9

Initial Comment:
This archive contains the configuration files I'm using
for my development machine. 

It uses RH9 with php 4.2.2 and apache 2.0.40. It works
also fine on RH8.

This should help people to setup Gforge on machines
with php 4.2.2 and apache 2.0.40, which require more
configuration that previous versions.
