Summary: Got blank page or server not found error after upload files > 1MB in 
DocMgr.

Initial Comment:
I have tried to upload three documents. The size of 
the files are list as below:

1. an bzip file : 0.98 MB (1,030,042 bytes)
2. an .exe file : 1.49 MB (1,570,816 bytes)
3. an zip file : 4.96 MB (5,210,442 bytes)

File #1 can be processed normally. After upload file 
#2, got a blank page. After upload file #3, got a page 
error msg "The page cannot be displayed".

I have modified the php.ini to allow maximum upload 
size to 5M and max post size and memory to 8M. The 
value of LimitRequestBody is also set to 5M. The 
results are the same.

I have also tried on RH8.0 and RH7.3 with GForge 3.0 
rc2. Same results.

Anyone has ideas on ho to solve this problem? Since 
sometimes we'll have large documents or a collection 
of documents required to be uploaded.
