This function is missing on many platforms: Mac OS X 10.5, FreeBSD 6.0,
NetBSD 3.0, OpenBSD 3.8, Minix 3.1.8, AIX 5.1, HP-UX 11, IRIX 6.5, OSF/1
5.1, Solaris 11 2011-11, Cygwin, mingw, MSVC 9, Interix 3.5, BeOS.

Install texi2dvi... should be part of the LaTeX packages.

libffi works fine here (on Linux).

Ok, mremap isn't avaiable on Cygwin.  So I should check for Linux or so...  
Fortunately, mremap is not much needed.
