My understanding from talking with Werner is that he is planning the
next meeting to be in either Essen (at the Linux Hotel) or Düsseldorf.
More likely the latter as the Linux Hotel doesn't have space for a
meeting with more than about 40 people.  In terms of the date, the
plan was to have it in the summer (August / September), like the last
two GHMs.
