Hey,
When I was helping move the server, I created a backup script to do just that (backup yof, the forums, and the wiki).
It would compress it into one large tar.bz2 file (or was it gz :S) and store it on the same host in a folder called backups.
It only needs a cron job added now, to do it automatically once a day, overwriting old backups (so you can go back about 7 days)
And somehow it should be transfered to another host (if the server goes down, so do the backups ;) )
Regards
Kieran
