[glob2-devel] new sysops on the wiki

Hi

mainly to not get distracted by their edits when hunting spammers i added
Jiero
Igapyon
NickTime
ProgVal
Kokolihapihvi
Migi
to the group "sysops". This means their edits are patrolled automatically and
they can help hunt spammers with some other rights [1].

P.S.: I patrolled all edits from the past year except for Mingw compilation [2]
as this was too much for me to check if all those ALL-CAPS and weird way of
presentation is compensated for by the actual content.
