Log message:
        [Bug fixed]
        o test() [test.c] doesn't save the previous path used, may crash
          the program if the path argument is NULL.  
        o The other bug is in main() [htags.c], is a missing strbuf_clear()
          in 'case OPT_HTML_HEADER'.
        o The Doxygen problem is with the function warning(), as is one in 
global-cscope.h
        and another in die.h/die.c. Doxygen is displaying the one from 
global-cscope.h
        which has been removed from the cscope source code.
