Hi Luke,
Sorry for the delay in answering your question.
The semantics of GlusterFS is posix and not NFS. (The only known glitch in
it is with regard to some permission setting when posix ACLs are used).
And can I ask you why you assume it as "not the full POSIX semantics"?
