[Gm2] Modula-2 install screen-casts

Hi,

I've entered into the era of screen-casts by experimenting with a GNU
Modula-2, download, configure, make, make install and tiny debug
session.

There are currently three screen-casts on

if anyone is wanting to build GNU Modula-2, but is a little unsure how
to go about it then this is how I build it on a Debian Etch 64bit
machine.  It should be identical on an Ubuntu Feisty distro (I
believe).  Anyway if people find them useful, I'll generate more, if
not - well at least I've seen how much diskspace (and cpu) they
require during production :-)

The running time is very approx:  5, 1, 6 minutes, respectively
