[Gm2] whole number checking complete in trunk

Hi,

I've just pushed some git changes to trunk which complete the whole
number range error detection - as per ISO M2.  Range errors are now
detected during an expression for negate, addition, subtraction,
multiplication, division {ceil, floor, trunc} and modulus {ceil, floor,
trunc} as well as assignment and parameter passing.  With a little more
work the location could be tightened to pin point the whereabouts of the
operator in the source level expression
