Greetings, Ben.

So it just built gmp, and next it cannot find it. Any idea what the problem
could be?
Our mileage will differ but I found that I always had to explicitly specify where to find gmp (and others), despite they being in the "standard locations" determined by configure:

--with-mpc-include=/usr/local/include \
--with-mpc-lib=/usr/local/lib \
--with-mpfr-include=/usr/local/include \
--with-mpfr-lib=/usr/local/lib \
--with-gmp-include=/usr/local/include \
--with-gmp-lib=/usr/local/lib \

Good luck.

Sincerely,
john

Thanks,
Ben
