Modula-2 suggestion

Dear all,

following your suggestion to propose ideas for the Modula-2 Compiler,
I'd like to suggest to add open array variables, just in the spirit of 
existing
extensions to Modula-2 Compilers, see e.g.

(see 4.5 Dynamic Arrays & 4.6 Further Extensions (the use of HIGH())

To have such dynamic arrays (more than one dimension) would be
very useful. (I think in Oberon(-2) they existed also, same for Free 
Pascal.)
