If you don't mind switching to another non-Debian distro (or just
installing something else on a VM), Slackware -current comes with
gcc-14.2 with gm2.
If neither idea sounds appealing to you, you can check the official
SlackBuilds for gcc for pointers on how to compile gcc and gm2
specifically:
https://ftp.cc.uoc.gr/mirrors/linux/slackware/slackware64-current/source/d/gcc/
