To make traveling back in repository time easier (like was needed for UdoG),
I'd recommend adding a *new* ChangeLog section for each commit, or at least 
when your commit comes after other peoples' ones (ie: this addition is at line 
45,
hard to find if comparing top of ChangeLog in two binary-searching trees).
