Just a work-in-progress. I'd seen other packages display the GPL, so I

Considering this script is far from done, I'm not worried about it. I
can easily remove it, nobody is even using this script yet, it's not
even done.

I should still probably include the COPYING files. This is for a
binary tarball, not a source one, so I figured things are subtly different.
