Who complained the louder was Udo.
I accepted to backport the only user we had (I introduced it).
My rule of thumb was 'what debian stable ships'. Anyone knows ?

Udo says he runs debian stable, so I guess there is nothing keeping us
from using 1.33 as the minimum boost version. So, we can start using
ptr_vector and friends.
