Okay, but as far as the test is concerned, we want to test that an event
is sent straight away when the connection is immediately disallowed for
whatever reason, and NetConnection.as has a local sandbox. For
crossdomain handling the player would still have to initiate a
connection before being rejected, so that wouldn't be an immediate
