I'm not particularly worried about what the upper limit is, but I want
the testsuite to continue pass by being compatible. There was no other
reason for adding the limit than testing under what circumstances
XMLSocket.connect() returns false. Since we have a different security
policy from the Adobe player, the port number check is one of the few
ways to get a connection rejected immediately.

The network code takes a short for the port number, which will only deal
with half of the 65535 ports anyway.

The current release of Gnash is 0.8.5
