Fix the cross-compiling of Gnash with Gstreamer instead of ffmpeg support.
If cross compiling with Gstreamer, we need to find the libxml2 header files
so the Gstreamer headers are happy at compile time.
Change the default kde GUI from kde3 to kde4.
  Enable jemalloc by default.
