The FB GUI only worked with AGG renderer, so was only built if AGG
renderer was enabled.

Good, I'd take it back to 'auto' then, as soon as it's fixed again

It'd take changing all the buildbot recipes for that to be tested.

I run it occasionally for entertainment only runs (and having played
with it a bit made me implement the positioning and size support in that
I build it _always_, as the build slaves do.
