Follow-up Comment #29, bug #37077 (project gnash):

Though the segmentation fault happens in `FD_SET(fd, &fdset);` which is called
by `readPlayer(_hostfd)`.

GnashPluginScriptObject::readPlayer(int fd)
//    log_debug(__PRETTY_FUNCTION__);

    std::string empty;

    if (fd <= 0) {
        log_error("Invalid fd passed");
        return empty;

    // Wait for some data from the player
    int bytes = 0;
    fd_set fdset;
    FD_SET(fd, &fdset);
    struct timeval tval;
    tval.tv_sec = 2;
    tval.tv_usec = 0;
    // log_debug("Waiting for data... ");
    if (select(fd+1, &fdset, NULL, NULL, &tval)) {
        // log_debug("There is data in the network");

So I am pretty certain that the segmentation fault is fixed now.
