Now always, it removes enable-device=all on non-linux which means on
non-linux it would build "auto" ones only instead of forcebly all.
While I was just adding --disable-jemalloc for non-linux (due to
bd54d3e by bjacques), i noticed there already was "if LINUX
DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS += --enable-device=all" so I removed it from
global assignment.
Which would the correct fix be to make device=all build on BSDs/non-linux?
