[Gnash-commit] [patch #8167] ffmpeg handler can't play AAC (e.g. youtube)

Follow-up Comment #5, patch #8167 (project gnash):

avcodec version 53.25.0 can play AAC just fine.
This is the version installed on Ubuntu 12.04 and Debian Wheezy (stable)

This branch works fine for me, only problem is with the RECOMMENDED line which
is needlessly recommending somehitng to me.
