[Gnash-commit] [bug #27981] fscommand:quit ineffective if in first frame

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #27981 (project gnash):

I have made a variant of test files (using makeswf and MTASC) which do
`fscommand("quit")` in _second frame_ rather than first frame, as a
comparison.
