[Gnash-dev] set enable-ghelp and enable-docbook as default for distcheck

Hello,

Currently to really test make distcheck, I do

autoreconf && ./configure && make distcheck 
DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS="--enable-ghelp --enable-docbook"

Not a big deal, but I think that ghelp and docbook should be enabled in the
default case since the availability of the tools is checked by configure,
this would help testers to really test the full distcheck, and I can't see
any drawback.
